Re-Certification for Texas Security Officer Level III and Level IV

General information:

  • This is the 5-hour (Level III and Level IV re-certification students) hands on defensive tactic and firearms training with live fire qualification.
  • You must have completed the required classroom training for Level III and Level IV re-certification prior to this in person class. If you have not you can take the online course by clicking here.
  • You must bring your own handgun.
    • You cannot rent a handgun for this course unless you take our Defend Ready Basic Pistol course prior to this class! Click Here to Register
  • Students must be proficient in the firearms they will be qualifying in, as Instructors can not assist the student during the proficiency test. If you are inexperienced using a handgun please take our Defend Ready Basic Pistol course prior to this class! Click Here to Register
  • The proficiency qualification is for pistol only due to range rules. Our shotgun qualification is done at a different range on another day. Your instructor will provide information about shotgun qualifications during the class.
